Upper Blarghour House, which sleeps eight, is situated in complete privacy in an elevated position above the farmhouse and commands a breathtaking vista of Loch Awe. The house is centrally heated and partially double glazed, making it particularly comfortable for early or late holidays. |

Sleeping accommodation is provided in three bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes. There is a twin or zip-linked double bedroom on the ground floor while upstairs is a large room with twin beds and bunk beds, and a twin or zip-linked double bedded room with picture windows and sliding door leading onto a large balcony. Duvets, pillows and bedlinen are supplied. Beds are made up for the arrival of guests. |
| A hair dryer is provided. Towels are supplied. A cloakroom on the ground floor has a wc and basin, while a bathroom on the first floor has a bath, over-bath shower, wc, basin, shaver point and bath-mat. There is also a separate shower room. | |

The large sun lounge/dining room
overlooking a panorama of loch and mountain has a gas fire, colour TV and telephone, and
window seating. The fully fitted kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, electric blender, and all crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. |
| There is ample parking
space within the enclosed garden where a picnic table and garden chairs are provided. Pets
are not accepted. Upper Blarghour House is available throughout the year. Short breaks are offered from November to mid March. |
